One of the most profound things I have explored on my own personal healing journey is attachment theory. It's helped me to deeply understand myself and the ways I show up in connection with others. If you're ready to level up in your relationship to yourself and those around you, this is the group experience for you!
What to Expect
In this 6-week group exploration, we will gather together to learn about attachment theory and get curious about how our attachment style is impacting our lives. Part information sharing and part open discussion, think of this experience as a deeply supportive group discovery and coaching container.
In each session, we will deeply explore the many facets of attachment so you walk away feeling confident in understanding your style and knowing how to recognize when it shows up.
