Full Moon Circle

On Saturday, October 28th, the moon will be full in the sign of Taurus. The energy will be grounding and nurturing, and asking you to release burdens.

 

Join together in a supportive circle before the full moon prepare your energy to release old emotions, thoughts and attachments to make room for new insights, awareness and growth.

As part of this circle, we will gather together to:

• Complete an intention jar ritual

• Experience a guided meditation

• Use breathwork to get grounded

• Recieve a group energy healing

• Discuss the themes of the full moon

• Share what we are hoping to release

• Support each other in a group setting

Please bring a journal and pen, a blanket to get cozy, your birth chart if you'd like to explore and share how the full moon will be affecting you, and of course, an open mind and heart.

​

Full moon circles attendees will also receive journaling workbooks to support your energy shifting before, during and after the gathering.
