Service Description

In this workshop you will be introduced to the 7 Levels of Energy - a data driven approach to understanding how you show up in a regulated, connected state, as well as a triggered state. You will walk away from this workshop with a brand new way to understand energy and emotions, as well as a new language to identify and communicate your emotional states. You will also gain a greater understanding of the different ways you view the world when you are calm vs. stressed, and how to begin accessing more choice in your life experience. Each session includes an online assessment and 2 hour debrief call to explore your results and unique energetic composition.
