In collaboration with Medway Community Education, this program will begin with a brief overview of the energy centers in the body, how the body stores emotions, and how different practices like meditation, energy awareness and breathwork can support each of us in shifting old energy and thought patterns. Through an interactive body awareness activity and journaling prompts, you will learn how to feel your own energy, set intentions and then experience a guided meditation to connect with your heart.
